Jadeja shines as India beat Srilanka for series win

India with the 3 Test match series by winning the second Test in Colombo by an innings and 53 runs on Sunday. Ravindra Jadeja shined with the ball for the visiting team as Jadeja picked up 5 wickets in the second innings.
India had piled up 622 runs in their first innings with Cheteswor Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane scoring centuries. Srilanka were restricted to 183 runs in their first innings as Ravichandran Ashwin completed yet another five wicket haul. Srilanka was asked to follow on in their second innings. Srilanka did make a comeback in second innings but wasn't enough to save the test match. Left arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja was the star with the ball for visiting side in the second inning as he finished with the figures of 5-152 from 39 overs.
The third and the final test of the series is scheduled to be played at Pallekelefrom 12-16 August. Man of the Match from second test, Jadeja has been suspended for third testfollowing his latest breach of the ICC Code of Conduct.In Jadeja's absence, left-arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav is expected to play in the third Test.
