What SportsGuff is
SportsGuff is an open publishing platform for sports. Fans, reporters, and analysts publish match reports, opinions, interviews, previews, and analysis. The homepage, article pages, author profiles, category pages, and the NPL Quiz information pages are public.
You do not need to log in to browse the site. Sign-in is only for people who want to write, comment while signed in, or save a quiz score.
What you can do without an account
- Read the latest sports writing on the homepage
- Open any published article and author page
- Browse cricket, football, and other sections
- Read this About page, the privacy policy, FAQs, and contact pages
Optional writer accounts
Anyone can create a free writer account, draft in the studio, and publish under their own byline. You can register with email and a password, or sign in with a Google / Gmail account.
Google Sign-In is optional. If you use it, Google shares only your name, email address, and a Google account ID so we can create or find your SportsGuff account. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, or Drive. Details are in our privacy policy.
How publishing works
Writers publish cricket, football, and other sports coverage themselves. Existing writers and published stories stay on the platform. Read how writing works before you create an account.
