Tevez to start his coaching career with Rosario

Veteran forward Carlos Tevez, who has already announced his retirement from professional sports, has been appointed head coach of Argentine club Rosario Central.
Tevez has been appointed head coach 17 days after announcing his retirement. He announced his retirement from professional sports on 4th June.
Rosario Central has announced his appointment as coach for 12 months. This will be the first experience of 38-year-old Tevez as a coach.
"I stopped playing because I lost my number one fan (my father). I called my agent t inform that I won't play anymore " he said after announcing his retirement.
Tevez's first game will be against La Plata on 24th July in the Matchday 5 of the Primera Division. He will be joined by his brother Carlos in the training team. After four rounds of play, Rosario Central is ranked 22nd out of 28 teams. Rosario has 4 points.
Tevez began his professional playing career with Boca Juniors. He has played professional games for Corinthians, West Ham, Manchester United, Manchester City, Juventus and Shanghai Sinha.
Tevez has scored 13 goals in 76 caps for Argentina. He is the runner-up in three editions of the Copa America Cup. Tevez has scored 237 goals in 607 games in his professional career.
