NIC Asia Bank has sponsored two promising young cricketers Memorandum of Understanding in this regard were signed between the cricketers Mr. Raju Rijal, Mr. Prem Tamang & Mr. Laxman Risal (CEO, NIC Asia Bank) amidst a function organized in the Bank today, 1 September 2016.

The Bank has taken this initiative with an objective to encourage young cricketers to remain focused and dedicated in their game. The sponsorship agreement was made possible with coordination of Cricket Players Association Nepal (CPAN). Under this sponsorship, players will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000 (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) for next two years and additional support for their sports kit.

As a responsible corporate citizen of the country, the Bank has been contributing in social sectors through its CSR subsidinoary, NIC ASIA Foundation.
