Sudurpaschim Royals has announced their quota of four overseas players with the likes of Scottish allrounder Brandon McMullen and the fan-favourite Rohan Mustafa. Nepal's former head coach Jagat Tamata will be seen as a head coach role in this franchise with the marquee player as our own Dipendra Singh Airee who is currently in the no. 2 spot in the ICC T20I Allrounder rankings. The overseas players signed by Royals franchise along with the full squad list are as follows:

Brandon McMullen (SCO)

McMullen is a Scottish batting allrounder who bats right-handed and bowls right-arm medium pace. He has had experiences with franchises like Surrey Jaguars and Abu Dhabi Knight Riders.

Playing for the Scottish national side, he has had 16 T20I matches since his international debut in 2022, scoring almost 500 runs in a phenomenal average of 38.23 with an excellent strike rate of 149. Similarly, he averages 46.73 in ODIs for Scotland in 26 matches in this format. Talking about bowling performances, he has 36 and 2 wickets in ODIs and T20Is.

Scott Kuggeleijn (NEW)

Scott Christopher Kuggeleijn is a bowling allrounder from New Zealand who bowls right arm fast medium and bats right-handed. He is a New Zealand international cricketer who has been associated with some great franchises like Chennai Super Kings, St Lucia KIngs, Dubai Capitals and more.

Kuggeleijn has 168 wickets in 162 T20 matches with an economy of 8.6 and a batting strike rate of almost 135. On the international stage, he has picked 16 wickets in 18 matches for the Kiwis national side. He has 2 wickets by his name in 2 matches in IPL, 23 wickets in 16 matches in CPL and 13 wickets in 8 matches in ILT20.

Rohan Mustafa (UAE)

Well, who might not have known this crowd entertainer and international who plays for UAE and has precious and sometimes outrageous moments in the TU international cricket ground. We can expect some of it in this season of Nepal Premier League too, who knows!

Rohan Mustafa is a Pakistani-born cricketer who plays for United Arab Emirates as a left-handed batsman and right-arm off-spin bowler. He has scored more than 1000 runs for UAE in 58 matches in T20I format with an average of 20.95 and strike rate of 120+ with the bat. On the bowling side, he has picked 61 wickets with a low economy of 6.96 in 58 matches in T20Is.

Saif Zaib (ENG)

Saif Ali Zaib is an English allrounder who plays for Northamptonshire County Cricket Club. He is a left handed batsman and slow left arm orthodox bowler who has featured in the franchise tournaments as of Vitality Blast and The Hundred.

In the 74 T20s he has played, he has a batting average of 25.3 with an amzing strike rate of 141.8. On the bowling side, he has 12 wickets in 24 innings with an economy of 8 runs per over. He bats at a very good strike rate with decent average and is a left arm spinner which can create a huge impact for any team.
