Nepal was defeated in all the matches and one match was canceled due to the year. Along with this, it has become difficult for Nepal to stay in the top 3 of the World Cricket League Division-2 table. Among seven nations, Nepal is in sixth position with only 18 points in 24 matches.

The top ranked Scotland has 46 points from 32 games while the second ranked Oman has 44 points from 36 games. Similarly, third place Namibia has 37 points in 30 games, fourth place USA has 35 points in 36 games and fifth place UAE has 27 points in 26 games. Seventh place Papua New Guinea has 5 points from 28 matches.

Under Prabhavkar's training, Nepal won the Twenty20 and One Day series against Kenya in September-October. Similarly, Nepal also won the one-day series against UAE at home last month.
