Ashwin five gives India an upper hand

England was bowled out for 255 runs after R Ashwin picked up 5 wickets.The partnership of JM Bairstow and BA Stokes helped England reached 250 mark.The former combined to put on a partnership of 110 runs.JM Bairstow got out scoring 53 runs while BA Stokes scored 70 runs.But,the star of the day was Ashwin who took 5 wickets.At the end of the first innings,India had a lead of 200 runs.
India started off their second innings with M Vijay & KL Rahul but SCJ Broad removed both the openers cheaply.India was struggling at 40/3 but it was again Virat Kohli who saved the day for India.India ended the day on high note at 98/3 with a massive lead of 298 runs with Kohli and Rahane at the crease on 56 & 22 runs respectively.
