Allround performance of Chanida has done for Thailand, Nepal lost

The 2nd match between Nepal Womens and Thailand Womens for the 1st and 2nd place in the points table at Asian Qualifiers 2016 is being played at Hong Kong Cricket Club.
Nepal who have won the toss had choose to bat first. Nepal enetered the ground with new combination of opnening as Jyoti Pandey and Bohara Roshani. Nepal poor opening start continues and have just added 5 runs in 2.3 overs for the 1st wicket. Bohara Roshani was bowled by Chanida Sutthiruang at the score of 2 runs of 8 balls. Jyoti Pandey scored 13 runs of 26 balls with 1 four and was runout by Sornnarin Tippoch. Jyoti was the 11th runout dismissal for Nepal in 5 matches that Nepal had played in this tournament which is the most for any team. Nirmala and Jyoti added 33 runs for the 2nd wicket in 5.5 overs. Nirmala scored 20 runs of 20 balls with 2 fours and maintained the top spot in the most runs of the tournament with 91 runs in 5 matches. Indu Verma scored 26 runs of 36 balls with 3 fours. Today middle order of Nepal had shown the extraordinary performance and added 33 runs for 6.4 overs for the 4th wicket and for the 5th wicket added 27 runs in just 2.1 overs at a runrate of 12.46 by Nary Thapa and skipper Rubina. Thailand Womens who came to chase 109 runs in 20 overs had an awesome start of 29 runs in just 3 overs at a runrate of 9.66 between Nattakan Chantam and Sirintra Saengsakaorat. Nattakan Chantam scored 23 runs of just 11 balls with 3 fours and 1 six before was dismissed by Nirmala Shahi. Sirintra Saengsakaorat scored 16 runs of 18 balls with 2 fours. Karuna Bhandari continued from the last match in bowling and takes 3 wickets in the 8th over in the third, fourth and sixth ball. Karuna bowled Ratanaporn Padunglerd and was sent back for a duck. Nattaya Boochatham was also bowled by Karuna at the score of 7 runs from 17 balls. Thailand Womens were 51/4 in 10.2 overs. Chanida Sutthiruanga added 34 runs in 4.3 overs for the 8th wicket with Wongpaka Liengprasert. Wongpaka contributed a helful 11 runs of 13 balls with 1 four. Chanida Sutthiruang who bowled well in the 1st innings for Thailand is showing her allrounder performance for her team and played a superb notout innings of 27 runs of 25 balls with 2 fours and 1 six. Thailand Womens won by 1 wicket with 8 balls to spare. Rattana Sangsoma scored the winning run and remained notout at 1 of 1 ball.
Karuna Bhandari took 4 wickets in her 4 overs for 15 runs. Sita Rana Magar and skipper Rubina took 2 wickets each and Nirmala Shahi took 1 wicket.
Result: Thailand won by 1 wicket.
