R Ashwin dissmissed Kane Williamson in the 4th day of the 1st Test match in the 4th innings to set his name in the cricket history at Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. Previously, Harbhajan Singh holds the record for fastest Indian to pick up 200 wickets in 46 Test matches. R Ashwin sets the benchmark in just 37 test matches. The fastest man to reach the 200 wickets in just 36 Test matches was Australia's Clarrie Grimmett.
R Ashwin managed 4 ten wickets haul and 18 five wicket haul in the career of 37 Tests matches.
