Salah and Sam Kerr win PFA player of the year awards

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah and Chelsea's Sam Kerr have been named Professional Footballers’ Association’s (PFA) Men's and Women's Player of the Year.

Young midfielder from Manchester City Phil Foden got the Young Player of the Year awards while forward Lauren Hemp received women’s best young player.

Salah was accompanied by the likes of Kevin de Bruyne, Christiano Ronaldo, Harry Kane, Sadio Mane and Virgil van Dijk in the shortlist.

Salah was the joint top goal scorers in Premier League this season along with Son Heung-min with 23 goals to his name.
