India win third test by 8 wickets

Despite some resistance from the bat of Joe Root andHaseeb Hameed, India registered a convincing victory against England in the third test match of the series to take a 2-0 lead in the series.

The English team started from 78-4 in the forth day and ended up scoring 236 and set India a target of 103. Ashwin was once again outstanding with both bat and ball. Mohammad Shami chipped in with couple of wickets to wrap up England innings.

India lost Murali Vijay early but Parthiv and Pujara controlled the innings. Parthiv made a solid statement in his comeback test with solid 67 runs and took India to victory.

Ravindra Jadeja was judged Player of the Match for his alround performance.
