Faisal Hossain, a 14 year old cricketer has died after he was hit by a stump. At a friendly game between neighbouring teams in Bangladesh at Chittagong, Faisal Hossain was hit by a batsman with stumps who was fielding close to the wicket. Assistant Police Comissioner Jahangir Alam said, "Faisal Hossain was fielding when the batsman was given out."

The batsman was so angry when he saw that he was given out and grabbed the stumps and threw in the air, and the stumps hit the part of neck and head of Faisal Hossain. Faisal Hossain instantly fell on the ground due to pain and was declared dead in the hospital. The batsman has been taken into the custody by Bangladesh Police.
